Background

I'm constantly fascinated by the transformative power of what we wear and I believe that costume plays a vital role in creating character and informing the observer. I absolutely love what I do, and I'm incredibly excited by the challenge and creative possibilities of each new project.

I have a BFA in Costume Design from the California Institute of the Arts, and have strong skills in design, patternmaking, costume construction, millinery and costume craft.

I have experience designing for theater and dance, and in the development of theme park wardrobe. I also work with businesses and individuals.

Some organizations I've worked with include Jazzercise, Inc., Universal Studios, Los Angeles Shakespeare FestivalCenter Theater Group, Jamba Juice, Rocket City Cosmetics, Eat Cake Productions, Dance Academy USA, and Barbary Coast Vaudeville.

I'm available for freelance design and consultation work, schedule permitting. You can contact me here.
